La Botanique
La Botanique is a collection created by L'Artisan Parfumeur, which finds its inspiration in the fantasised world of nature when the night falls. Conceived by the perfumer Daphné Bugey, this collection of seven unique fragrances reveals the secrets of the nocturnal flora. The woody notes in La Botanique create an ambience both mysterious and soothing, disturbing and smoky.
The dreamlike illustrations were brought to life, as a collaboration, by the botanical artist Katie Scott. Katie was able to deliver in a perfect way the dark and captivating environment which surrounds the perfumes: Abyssae, Arcana Rosa, Mirabilis, Crepusculum Mirabile, Obscuratio, Venenum and Tenebrae.
The process of creating this new collection is the consequence of a close relationship with the client over the years. The rebranding that we have implemented, characterized by a greater use of color and Katie's iconic illustrations, has helped La Botanique to gain more personality and differentiation from the rest of the families and fragrances among L'Artisan Parfumeur’s range.
